The video won’t play

Our video files are in .MP4 format, and won’t play in Windows Media Player.

Use one of the following free media players instead:

• VLC Media Player
• Quicktime
• iTunes

Our videos are large files, so you should wait for the file to finish downloading before you try to open it.

Depending on your internet connection, this could take 20 minutes, an hour, or longer on slow connections. If you try opening the file after only a few minutes it will give you an error.
