Using an iPad or iPhone?

Some customers report that our new download system won't allow them to save the video on iPad/iPhone.

If you use an iPad/iPhone, please check your email for another email from us that works for you.

We're working to resolve this so that one system works for all customers.

I haven’t received my download order

When you buy a video download, our system automatically sends two emails to the email address you gave us in our online checkout.

  1. Your order confirmation / receipt
  2. The link to download your videos


If you have received the order confirmation email but not the email with the video link, please check your spam / junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we can resolve the issue for you.

If you haven't received either of those emails after your purchase, it's likely you typed your email address wrong in the checkout, or typed a different email address to the one you're checking (if you have two email addresses).

Please contact us with your correct email address, and we'll re-send the emails.
