I haven’t received my download order

Your video downloads are available from the order confirmation page after you have paid, and are also emailed to you.

If you don’t receive your videos it’s probably for one of three reasons:

• • you typed your email incorrectly at checkout
• • you gave us a different email address to the one you're checking
• • our automated email went into your spam / junk mail folder (take a look)
