Our system automatically sends out two emails to the email address you used when you placed your order. (almost invariably if somebody hasn't received their order it's because they used a different email address or typed it incorrectly)

The first email is a receipt with your purchase details, the second contains a link to your video files.

Click the link and follow the instructions to download your videos over a broadband connection.

We recommend using a download manager like the free Chrono extension for Google Chrome, so you can download large files faster, and without worrying about the connection dropping and breaking the download.

If you're using your smartphone or tablet, do not download videos over your mobile phone network without checking your network data charges first, as this could be expensive.

You may need to specify where you'd like to save your video file.

Once it's saved, you should be able to open the file in a media player.
